ContentsOscar’s gone, but the auction is about to begin...Online Auction!
Even though we cancelled the Oscar® party, our generous donors have encouraged us to put the PTFF auction items online for bidding. So go to our “online auction,” and shop the first wave of certificates donated by local and regional businesses and individuals.
The bidding starts at 12 noon tomorrow, Tuesday, March 25.
The first items are all offered at face value; you know you’re going to patronize these businesses anyway…why not benefit the PTFF as well? The first to bid an item at face value automatically gets it (we keep track of when the bids are submitted).
To test out the system, Max & Sherry Grover purchased the $50 certificate at Ichikawa’s (they took a Bainbridge friend to dinner) and a $40 certificate for Tina Summer’s Hair & Skin Atelier (drop by the PTFF office and check out Sherry’s shorter “do”). “Since I was going there anyway, why not help the festival in the process?” Sherry says.
We will be adding new items and experiences each week, so check in and buy often.
