3X Altman – The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial – 2/15
The
Port Townsend Film Institute and the Upstage Theatre and Restaurant present
three of director Robert Altman’s films as a dinner and
a movie package. The first Altman film to be screened is The Caine Mutiny
Court-Martial on February 15. It was shot entirely at Fort Worden State
Park in 1987. Two of the film’s PT extras Mark Welch and David
Miller, will introduce the film. The two other movies will be The Player
on 3/8 and The Wedding on 4/19.
Dinner is served at 6:30 pm with the film beginning promptly at 8 o’clock.
Dinner and movie tickets are $25 each. Call PTFF360-379-1333 for tickets.
(Movie only tickets for $10 will be sold at the door on a space available
basis.)
The Envelope, Please – The Oscar® Night Party
and Fundraiser – 2/25
Celebrates the Academy Awards® with PTFF’s "The Envelope,
Please..." party and fundraiser 3:30 pm on Sunday, February 25th
at the Silverwater Café, 237 Taylor Street, Port Townsend, WA.
This special annual event includes a red carpet arrival (complete with
paparazzi), a champagne reception, special VIP guest, silent and live
auction, Academy Awards® broadcast, gourmet six-course dinner and
unique grand finale!
Tickets are $50 per person. Special tables of six and eight are available
by request. The ticket price includes $25 for dinner and a $22 tax-deductible
